Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items (such as earrings, if applicable) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
